The artwork showcased on the Cassiodoros website was commissioned by Belinda Aucott.

Belinda was trained in food and wine at Petaluma Wines as a youngster and has previously worked as a Wine Educator for Berringer Blass.

During her career as a journalist and publicist she has spent time as a Sommelier, working for Marco Pierre White at The Belvedere in London and enjoyed various posts writing for publications including; Men’s Style, Penthouse, National Liquor News, Indesign and GQ.

Her first exhibition took place at Simon Johnson in April 2019 followed by another at Work Life Berry in December 2019.
